I recently heard an idea that I LOVED: In the new year, clear your entire calendar—even the things you love! Then, intentionally and mindfully, add back only what truly serves you.
Think about it. How often do we keep doing things simply because they’re there? Maybe you signed up for something months ago, and while it served its purpose, you’re still carving out time for it—out of habit, not joy. Or maybe your calendar is just so full, you don’t even know what’s working for you anymore.
What if you gave yourself the gift of a blank slate? A cleared-out calendar where you get to choose what gets added back in—thoughtfully, intentionally, and with purpose.
What a beautiful way to start fresh.
Your beautiful shift this week:
Start reviewing your calendar. Take a closer look at each commitment and ask:
- Does this still bring me joy?
- Is this still aligned with where I want to be?
- Would I add this back in if my calendar were completely empty?
What stays? What goes?
Let’s make space for the things that truly matter in the year ahead.
With intention,
xoxo Tracy
