Have you ever felt like you’re running on empty? Like no matter how much sleep you get or how many to-dos you cross off, there’s still nothing left in the tank?
I’ve been there. For me, it wasn’t just burnout—it was complete disconnection. I was giving my energy away to things that didn’t align with me, didn’t fill me back up, and left me feeling like I was just going through the motions.
Reclaiming your energy isn’t about doing more; it’s about doing less of what drains you and more of what fuels you. It’s about recognizing where you’re pouring your energy and asking, Is this worth it? Is this for me?
For me, the shift started small—saying no to one unnecessary commitment, carving out one moment of stillness, and rediscovering what truly lights me up. It wasn’t easy, but it was life-changing.
I believe rest is a crucial part of reclaiming your energy, which is why it’s at the heart of the retreat I’m co-hosting later this month. Together, we’re honoring women in a way that allows them to rest deeply so they can rise fully.
I’ll also be diving deeper into this idea on my upcoming podcast launching later this month. Each episode shares incredible stories of women who’ve learned to reclaim their energy and step into what lights them up. I can’t wait for you to hear it!
But you don’t have to wait for a retreat to begin—or the podcast to launch.
Your beautiful shift:
This week, honor your need for rest. Identify one thing that’s been draining your energy—a commitment, a habit, even a thought—and let it go. Then replace it with something that restores you. Maybe it’s an hour to read, a quiet moment outside, or even saying no to one thing you really don’t want to do.
Rest isn’t just a pause—it’s the fuel for your rise.
With strength and renewal,
xoxo Tracy
P.S. My podcast is launching later this month, and I can’t wait to share it with you. If you haven’t yet, check out the trailer on Apple Podcasts or Spotify—and stay tuned for stories that inspire you to reclaim your energy, trust yourself, and rise.
