That’s right. Rest.
Rest isn’t just about relaxing on the couch or scrolling through your phone. It’s deeper than that. True rest is intentional—it’s a pause with purpose. It’s stepping away from the noise of life to recharge your mind, body, and soul.
Here’s what it could look like:
- For 3 minutes: Close your eyes, take deep breaths, and let yourself fully exhale. Even a few moments can create space in your day.
- For an hour: Unplug completely. Set aside your phone, grab a cozy blanket, and let your mind wander or simply rest.
- For a day: Clear your schedule, cancel the to-dos, and give yourself permission to do nothing.
- For a weekend: Imagine a retreat dedicated entirely to rest—a sacred space to restore, reflect, and recharge.
Rest isn’t indulgent; it’s essential. It’s how we refill our cups, reconnect with ourselves, and show up fully for the life we’re building.
