Ever meet someone whose energy feels like a deep breath of fresh air?
That’s how I felt when I met Dr. Kathia Roberts.
She’s a naturopathic doctor, healer, and spiritual mentor—and one of those women who lights up a space just by being in it. You can feel the warmth and wisdom she’s earned from all that she’s walked through.
We met at a retreat in Mexico, and let me tell you… when this woman speaks, you listen. Not because she’s trying to impress you, but because you can feel that everything she shares has been lived.
She’s been cracked wide open by life. And instead of hiding those cracks, she’s used them to let the light in—and now she helps others do the same.
This week’s podcast episode (coming Wednesday!) is a powerful conversation with her about healing, grief, transformation, and the journey back to yourself. But today, I want to talk about what happens when life cracks you open.
Because it happens to all of us.
Sometimes, it’s a slow unraveling.
Sometimes, it’s a single moment that knocks the wind out of you.
And sometimes, it’s a full-blown “who even am I anymore?” kind of season.
But here’s the beautiful truth I’m learning: those moments aren’t the end of your story.
They’re an invitation to begin again.
To ask better questions. To get still. To listen more closely to your own heart. To follow the nudges. To remember who you are beneath all the roles, expectations, and survival patterns.
That kind of healing work isn’t linear. It’s layered. It’s not always pretty. But it’s real. And it often leads us exactly where we’re meant to go.
So if you’re in a season of unraveling, or uncertainty, or rebuilding from something that cracked you wide open—I see you. You’re not broken. You’re becoming.
And I can’t wait for you to meet Dr. Kathia this week. She’s the real deal. A gentle powerhouse of a woman who walks her talk and reminds us that healing isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about remembering your wholeness.
Your Invitation This Week:
Ask yourself: What has life cracked open in me lately? And what might that opening be inviting me to explore, release, or rebuild?
Give yourself a little grace as you figure it out.
You’re doing better than you think.
Until next time,
xoxo Tracy
P.S. This week’s podcast episode drops Wednesday, and you won’t want to miss it. Dr. Kathia shares her journey through personal loss, ancestral healing, and spiritual awakening—and she even offers a powerful sound healing moment you can experience right from your headphones.
