You’ve probably heard the saying, “You can’t do it alone,” or “It takes a village.” And as much as my stubborn, independent side might resist it, I’ve learned how true those words are.
When I look back on my life, all the good times—the big wins and the little joys—were made sweeter because of connection. A shared laugh, a helping hand, a memory created with someone else. And in the tougher moments? There was always someone who showed up, even if it was just to listen.
We need each other.
That’s why I co-created the Together We Rise retreat. I wanted to hold space for women to come together in a way that feels real, safe, and celebratory. It’s as much for me as it is for them.
As a mom of four sons, married to my best friend (a guy), and surrounded by male fur babies, I realized something: I need sisterhood. It’s in the vulnerability, the sharing, and the connection with other women that I’m finding the next chapter of myself.
This is where the magic of connection lives—in the spaces we create for each other.
Your beautiful shift:
This week, I invite you to lean into connection. Reach out to someone—send a text, make a call, or meet for coffee. Ask how they’re really doing, or share something about yourself. Sometimes the simplest moments of connection can be the most powerful.
With love and community,
xoxo Tracy
P.S. Connection and sisterhood are at the heart of everything I’m building—including my podcast launching this month! I can’t wait to share it with you. Stay tuned!
